Return & Exchange Policy
1. Order Processing & Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped within 7 days after payment confirmation.
Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Order total ≥ $300 USD: Shipped via FedEx (free shipping).
Order total < $300 USD: Shipped via standard shipping. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Estimated delivery time after dispatch: approximately 20 business days. Actual delivery may vary due to customs clearance, local holidays, remote area limitations, or force majeure.
3. Return & Exchange Policy (Important)
No quality issue = No return or exchange.
Returns or exchanges are only accepted under the following condition:
The product has a manufacturing defect, or was damaged during transit, or is materially different from the description.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with clear photos/videos of the issue.
Upon verification, we will offer a replacement (re-shipment) or a full refund at our discretion. In such cases, we will bear the return shipping cost (if return is required) and any resend fees.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
4. Non-returnable Circumstances
The following do not qualify as quality issues and are not eligible for return/exchange:
Slight color difference due to display settings.
Minor size deviation within tolerance (e.g., 1-3 cm for soft goods).
Personal dislike, change of mind, or ordering the wrong item/size.
Damage caused by improper use or unauthorized modification after delivery.
