Returns & Refunds Policy
At SunToteBag, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, here is how our returns process works.
Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After 14 days, we cannot accept returns.
Return Conditions
- The item must be in unused, original condition
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
- Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage will not be accepted
- Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for return
Return Process
- Contact our support team via Contact Us or WhatsApp with your order number
- We will provide return shipping instructions and an RMA number
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return has been inspected and approved. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
